Lymphatic therapy for wellness and cosmetic procedures
In November 2025 I completed an Intensive Advanced Body Wellness Course with the Dr. Vodder School. The topics included using Manual Lymphatic Drainage to improve general circulation, swelling triggered by pregnancy (pre or post natal), c-section, PMS, acne, scar treatments, pre and post OP treatments for: Liposuction, Thighplasty, Brachioplasty, breast augmentation, abdominoplasty/tummy tuck and treatment for fat transfers (Brazilian Butt Lift/ BBL).

Same building as the Modern Hair School, pull in their parking lot, drive past the "main entrance" and my entrance door is on the side of the building. See pictures below.

Career Highlights
- 25+ years working as Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
- 15+ years working as a Dr. Vodder lymphatic therapist and recertifies every two years to learn new skills, stay current with the latest in the field, along with demonstrating continued competence.
- Lymphology Association of North America (LANA-CLT) Certified
- Registered with the Assistive Devices Program as an Authorizer for lymphedema compression devices
- Additional training in : Axillary Web Syndrome ("cording"), Head, Neck and Face Edema, Strength After Breast Cancer Exercise Rehabilitation Program, Neuro-proprioceptive taping (Leukotape) for lymphatic drainage, Exercise and Self Management for Lymphedema, Advanced Measurements, Advanced Garment Fitting, Certified Instructor for the Tidhar Method of Aqua Lymphatic Therapy, Coban Bandaging
- Presented at: the Lymphedema Association of Ontario's annual conference, spoke to Physicians and Nurses at the local hospital and to patients at the YWCAENCORE program, was a speaker at the Life After Breast Cancer Conference in Hamilton, Ontario.

- On top of maintaining an active Massage practice, I work for CTS Career College as a Massage Therapy Instructor and Regional Coordinator for the Clinic and Outreach portions of the program.
- Also (slowly) working toward completing her Bachelors in Psychology/Minor in Ethics, Diversity and Human Rights with Laurentian University.

30 minutes = $75
45 minutes = $95
60 minutes = $115
90 minutes = $155
All prices include HST
My hours will vary in 2026. My schedule revolves around the Massage Therapy Students and this affects my availability. I also have an Online Waitlist you can join.
Occasionally, in the spring and summer,I am able to offer early morning appointments (8am,8:30am) please text me for availability.
